New WaVe of exterior cleaning
Clark Exteriors originally named Clark power washing, owned by Isaac Clark out of Salem Oregon is one of the fastest growing cleaning companies in the valley. He has created quite a mindful family feeling environment within the company. They currently have an all 5 star rating on all platforms including google, thumbtack, Angie’s list, and yelp. In this article we are going to be going over all of the different processes they use to properly and safely clean roofs. Currently they are servicing asphalt composite, concrete tile, metal, tar and gravel, flat material, and clay style roofs.
Safety is their main focus as anytime they are walking on a roof they have the proper harnessing equipment. The most common roof in which Clark exteriors services is asphalt composite shingles. One of the common methods they use to remove moss is with a soft bristle brush that has the perfect density to protect the shingles from granular loss. After a good brushing Clark’s team goes from scrubbing to soft washing. Soft washing is a process involving low pressure and chemical mixtures. Soft washing is a safe alternative for delicate surface cleaning specifically roofs with accumulating debris and or moss. The benefits of soft washing include; stain removal, debris removal, low pressure cleaning, etc.
Clark Exteriors is hoping to host several car washing fundraisers to raise money for the owners high school’s athletics. The owner (Isaac Clark) is very involved in the community and is excited to be able to give back to communities especially West Salem High School.
Aside from roof cleaning, Clark Exteriors also does fence staining, deck staining, paver restoration, flat concrete cleaning, concrete sealing, soft washing, truck cleaning (semi and box), minor gutter repair, gutter cleaning, and various other services too. Currently they work under handyman law for any sort of small tasks unrelated to exterior cleaning but the owner is hoping to be roofing in the next year. Many customers that hire Clark Exteriors wouldn’t mind using them for other sorts of work such as contracting, painting, roofing, building etc.
As much as Roof Cleaning and Moss Removal are the foundations of Clark Exteriors they have much larger goals in the construction scene. Something customers have had good reports about is that when there is a large amount of debris removed from a roof the crew will bag and dispose of some if not all on their own time so that the clients are not left with super full yard debris bins. Another notable fact about Clark Exteriors is that they are accredited by the Better Business Bureau, and currently hold an untouched 5 star review board. After this in depth interview and analysis of the operations of Clark Exteriors I would say they are a phenomenal company that is going to go where ever the sky takes them.
